- A daily short meeting aim to coordinating tasks in progress & new requests from HAST HQ, the meeting conducts by the managing director gathering customs brokers, operations & delegates.

- Each member of the staff starts his tasks customs brokers to the port in parallel for import & export business.

| Import: while withdrawing the delivery order, paying any dues, they organize to release the cargo. |
| Export: organizing with the transport contractors, withdrawing the Export order & paying the freights to shipping lines all of that to manage arrival of the cargo in a manner time before the cut off day of the vessel. |
|
- In the mean time, staff of operation keeps updating the shippers & consignees about their business latest update.

- All the other staff used to be dedicated to whom in outdoor (customs breakers & delegates).
|
|
- At the end of the day, a daily comprehensive report from CAI A/P office to HAST HQ to keep updating the agents.
